Before you begin, You'll want to make sure you have the following information Your date of birth and social security number are required for your identification. You'll need your present address and length of time you've lived at the present address. We'll also need you to supply a phone number. Your employer's address, a contact number, and your start date of employment will be required. If you have a co-applicant, then all of the above information will be required for the co-applicant also.
